THE BOOMERANG EFFECT

You throw a boomerang and what happens?  It comes back to you.  Everything in Life is like a boomerang.  We have all heard "what you think about, you bring about" or "what goes around, comes around".  If you are a positive happy person then you are more likely to have a positive happy life.  Pretty much everything in life is dictated by what we are emitting to the universe of energy.

The same can be said about our health.  How we treat ourselves, our bodies will determine the health we will have tomorrow.  Just like the boomerang what we put into our bodies we get back.  It is therefore undeniable that if we are eating fast food or other foods void of nutrition that our body will not have much to work with and the return on our investment is low energy, poor sleep, body aches, unhealthy attitudes, perhaps excess weight or just a feeling of something isn't right.

On the flip side, there is much to be said about getting high grade nutrition into our bodies.  Food dense in all the minerals, vitamins and amino acids that our bodies do need.  What we will find is our cravings for bad choices go away.  We have more energy, look and feel younger.  More restful sleep, a more positive attitude and funny....the excess weight seems to melt away.  In general, a feeling of wellbeing.
